Our project management is supporting customers from initial investment phase to final commissioning of the delivered solution. Risk reviews, task planning and scheduling, supplier evaluation, cost management and contract negotiation and follow up reporting are the solid elements of our project management.
We are able to establish relations, like responsibility as principle contractor of a project or subcontracting responsibility. We are used to participate as project board member. Status reports with special attention to progress, economic status and problem areas are essential tools.
